is a Hatha Yoga (control of the mind through the control of the energy, prana) studio teaching classical hatha yoga - asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (yoga breathing techniques) and meditation suitable for all - from beginners to advanced yoga students.
Classes are run 6 days / week:
Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat - 9.30am
Tue/Thu: 9am
Mon/Wed: 5.30pm
Tue/Sat: 6pm
All classes are 1 1/2 hrs long except for Tue/Thu p.m. classes - 1 1/4 hrs
