Satyam Yoga School
The teacher and founder of this school is an experienced disiple of Paramahamsa Satyananda who founded the Bihar School of Yoga and is recognised as a leading modern master in the science of yoga and tantra.
Swami Yogasagar has 25 years experience and offers a wide range of yoga courses to his students. he initiates into mantra, kriya yoga and teaches the kundalini system. Visitors may join in on the classes.
If you organise tours or have students to whom you wish to offer a unique experience we can arrange for a group of up to 30 people for an extended yoga retreat holiday with an african flavour. This would include game drives and meeting with the indigionous people of the area.

Yoga Teaching - Yoga Lessons - Yoga Instructors The Satyam Yoga School offers a variety of classes specifically designed for different needs and levels of experience. All aspects of yoga teaching and yoga lessons are available and students can start as beginners, and progress to the advanced practices of yoga at a systematic and gradual pace.
Our classes are limited to 15 students so that you are assured of personal attention and guidance. You will learn all aspects of yoga including stretching - breathing - relaxation and meditation. Our Yoga Room has 75 square meter's of carpeted floor space and is well lit with large windows in a quiet location.
INTRODUCTION TO YOGA COURSE : This class is specifically for all new students who have never practiced yoga before, and for those students who have been to other schools of yoga but have not been taught all the techniques of Pranayama - Yoga Nidra and Meditation. For more detail MORNING CLASSES : Suitable for all students who want to start the day with a clear mind and a body full of energy
INTEGRAL CLASSES : Swami Yogasagar specializes in adjusting and assisting you in practicing the yoga stretches so that you can move easily into the positions without strain. These classes include Asana (stretching) Pranayamas (Breathwork) Dhyana (Meditation) and are suitable for any student who has completed the ITYC course for new students, or has previously practice yoga and has enough experience to be accepted by Swami Yogasagar.
REMEDIAL YOGA : These are personal private consultations designed for the individual and taught by Swami Yogasagar. Yoga can be applied to assist in the healing of common ailments such as Asthma, Cancer, Hypertension, Low Blood Pressure, Sinus, Spastic Colon , Insomnia, Stress etc.
PERSONAL TRAINING : For students who want to develop a personal practice at home or have the privilege of private classes to correct bad habits and improve their understanding of yoga.
