Nature Cure Yoga Meditation & Spirirtual Healing
INCYS is steered by Dr. Jitendra Arya. Dr. Jitendra Arya has done pioneering work in the field of Nature Cure and Yoga. Dr. Arya has traveled widely within & outside India. He is a prolific writer. Dr. Arya during his career has been associated with various Nature Cure & yoga centres in India. He was in-charge of Uruli kanchan Nature Cure Ashram for about 12 years, which was established by Mahatma Gandhi.
Besides Nature Cure and yoga treatments such as massage, hydrotherapy, mud bath, yogasanas at INCYS other alternative therapies include ayurvedic massage, aroma therapy, accupressure, diet therapy, cosmic healing, reiki as per needs of the person. Residential programmes are available for 4 to 21 days. Residential accomodation is basic and simple with well equipped rooms for terapeutic treatments with library and recreational facilities. Kitchen and dinning facility is available to provide healthy, nourishing vegetarian food as per the recommendation of the consulting naturopath. A typical day begins with holistic massage, yoga, detoxyfying and relaxation therapies to release tensions, blocked energy nodes and revitalize whole body system followed by other programmes. Atypical day programme includes Yoga practice, herabl drink, therapy session 1, breakfast, therapy session 2, free time, dynamic yoga, lunch, rest, herbal drink/juice, gruop discussion, therapy session 3, leisure time, evening meal, prayers/bhajans, free time, doctor's round, retire to bed.
Person has to pay deposit and admission fees at the time admission. Pets are not allowed in thepremises. Persons during the stay is expected to follow the rules and regulations of the Institute.
Location: INCYS is located 15kms north of Pune on Pune-Nashik highway, about 3 kms from Bhosari. Pune is connected by air, road and rail transport from the major cities of India. Nearest international airport is Bombay which is about 120km. distance by road.
