Yoga In and With Daily Life
Our organisation has experimented that just 45-60 minute daily practice of certain yoga and pranayam can keep your body and soul on the track. MEDYOGA has been founded by yoga expert Anand. His love for yoga has been started about 3 years before when he was just 25 years. Now he is imparting his learning and experience with others who need it. He is a firm believer of Yoga in and with daily life.
