We invite you to join us at Rocky Point where the sun rises from the Indian ocean. We are in a secluded cove, in a small fishing village. Excellent swimming, body surfing, snorkeling, and kayaking are available just a few minutes walk from our center.

Our yoga shala, which holds thirty students, sits at the top of our property among banana and papaya trees. Each morning it is caressed by the sound of ocean waves and tropical birds during the mysore classes. It provides the perfect intimate setting to deepen ones practice. Our yoga program includes daily ashtanga mysore classes meditation, pranayama, philosophy, and partner yoga.

Our resident teacher, Kathy Cooper, is a seasoned ashtanga teacher of 34 years. She has priceless insights born out of her long practice of ashtanga yoga that support practitioners to unlock and open to the practice, and unfold their natural state.
