Musculo-skeletal diseases: arthritis,osteo arthritis,rheumatic,rheumatoid arthritis, spondilitis in cervical & lumbar,ankylosing spondilitis
Fracture of bone & its healing: unless exercise/yogasanas are practised there will be muscle wasting & muscle shortening to form a permanent deformity.
Convalescing from a major operation,prolonged disease,mental trauma or physical exhaustion
Meditation & interim Shabasanas give a state of art mental relaxation,mind peace & divine tranquility
Concentration of mind: :In this present busy world , the inner personal soul becomes the servant of repetitive daily life course where scope of development of personality never exists .While if undone,there is frustration,boredom seeps & eventually destroys personality development potentiality,creativity,coura ge, risk taking in life,scope of ambition,scope of fur ther development.
Sitting in a BRAJRASANA, practising concentration of mind & then submerging in deep thought of unidirectional goal of mind---would be nothing but a dip into holy meditation where you have to see the overview of life. You have to make journey to your early child life when you had different longing while mistakes were done to deviate your life course.You immediately understand what went wrong.Now you have to formulate in a very cautious steps how to reach your cherised goal by devis ing holy godly ways.

Anatomico-physiological aspects of lower limb asanas & their practice. Further concentration of mind---- to find the wayout to comeout of present problems.

Learning of asanas for upper limb. Further concentration of mind------finding out the potentialities in you.

Anatomico-physiological aspects of upper limb asanas & their practice. Further concentration of mind--------nurturing the potentialities.Reassessing your prowess in reference to past education & experi ence.

Learning of asanas for the body trunk[ back]. Further concentration of mind------setting up goal of achievement.

Anatomico-physiological aspects of asanas of Body trunk[ back]. Further concentration of mind----------Revisit your potentialities & fix the goal again.

Learning of asanas of body trunk [front]. Further concentration of mind----Assessing the difficulties in reaching the goal.
