Day 1   Learning of SABASANA & BAJRASANA
Learning of concentration of mind

Day 2   Learning of asanas for lower limb.
Learning of concentration of mind & lengthening----- to find the present situation.


Day 3   Anatomico-physiological aspects of lower limb asanas & their practice.
Further concentration of mind---- to find the wayout to comeout of present problems.

Day 4   Learning of asanas for upper limb.
Further concentration of mind------finding out the potentialities in you.

Day 5   Anatomico-physiological aspects of upper limb asanas & their practice.
Further concentration of mind--------nurturing the potentialities.Reassessing your
prowess in reference to past education & experi
ence.


Day 6   Learning of asanas for the body trunk[ back].
Further concentration of mind------setting up goal of achievement.


Day 7   Anatomico-physiological aspects of asanas of Body trunk[ back].
Further concentration of mind----------Revisit your potentialities & fix the goal again.

Day 8   Learning of asanas of body trunk [front].
Further concentration of mind----Assessing the difficulties in reaching the goal.

Day 9   Anatomico-physiological aspects of asanas of body trunk[front].
Empowering the determination by slow but continued concentration to meditation by seeking supernatural power from GODs.Continue the thinking throughout the day both day & night even practice dream.Some flickering of hope,direction of path will come through dreams only.your job is to analyse the dream & rediscover your lost benign soul.


Day 10   Learning the asanas for the Head & neck region & their anatomico-physiological aspects.
Controlling your thinking process.Set the unidirectional determined goal.Ask the power from supernatural mind source.Rejuvenate your body & mind.Practise to see the dreams & analyse the hindsights.You will discover the thoughts deleted long back.

Optional Days Optional extra days may be for the practice of different asanas.
More days may be engaged to develop skills of mind power.
