Pura Vida houses five state of the art yoga halls surrounded by serene, immaculate gardens overlooking the rainforest of Costa Rica. During your yoga practice you can experience the rewards of being on top of the world surrounded by hills, valleys, rivers, and volcanoes.
Prepare and register early: passport required.
COST: Starting at $1,350 depending on the accommodations selected.
Bring friends and family. All levels and ages welcome!
Yoga teachers: Bring 4 others, receive $225 off for yourself.
Included: 7 nights accommodations, 3 meals per day (vegetarian fare, or fish and chicken), roundtrip air shuttle in Costa Rica. Pack lightly. All yoga mats and props provided and use of Jacuzzi and swimming pool.
Not included: airfare, optional eco-tours (white water rafting, beach adventure, poas active volcano, waterfall gardens, wildlife adventures, hot springs, etc.), and spa treatments. Registration, Passport, Visa, and Flight Arrangements are your pre-trip responsibilities. We can provide you with information.

“Bhumi”, aka Harriet Russell: Certified and Registered Yoga Teacher, Certified Massage Bodyworker, Certified Holistic Health Educator. Professional Yoga Therapist, Shiatsu (Acupressure) Massage Teacher, Energy Balancing Practitioner. Studied the martial art of Aikido in Japan for five years.
Costa Rica is one of her favorite places. Bhumi has been sponsored to lead workshops around the world on various health issues. Co-creator of the "Moon Salutation", Bhumi appears on TV in the U.S. and abroad, has been published, and has produced several yoga routine tapes.
Harriet Russell (Bhumi) is a leader of the yoga community in Ohio. Bhumi’s Yoga Teacher Training Certification programs are the first in Ohio nationally recognized by the Yoga Alliance. Join us! |
