Wendy Green is passionate about yoga. Her passion has lead her around the globe where she has studied with some of the world's most respected yoga teachers. Teaching since 1974, she is an inspirational and well-respected teacher in her own right. She has for many years, operated a successful private yoga studio as well as teaching in numerous fitness, educational and corporate settings. She is particularly interested in Ashtanga Yoga and continues to deepen her knowledge of Yoga, Sanskrit, Ayurveda wellness and takes Master Yoga classes on a regular basis. |

Guests can choose a waterfall view room in the elegant Main House or enjoy our Private Rustic Guest house "Casa Mango" . We have built an amazing river stone outdoor shower for the ultimate experience in showering.

My week long stay at Casa Verde was completely rejuvenating and cleansing both physically and spiritually. From early morning practice alongside Wendy with the smells of grapefruit and the invigorating sounds of the rushing river tuning my senses to the clean and fresh tastes of the delicious raw food meals that we prepared to the truly beautiful and peaceful accomodations that Wendy provides for her guests, this retreat is an experience not to be missed. Through the lush natural surroundings, daily yoga practice with assists from Wendy and simple diet, I became so connected with my body and senses were acute. Our free time in the afternoons were filled with bird watching, bouldering, reading, writing, sketching, hiking , swimming in the river or just simply resting. My battery was recharged and I was refreshed in so many ways. Although my trip ended nearly two months ago, I carry the benefits of my experience at Casa Verde on a daily basis and can't wait for my next opportunity to be there again. My practice has soared from my time there with Wendy and I look forward to my next visit to that beautiful and magical place!
