We are opening a sanctuary, place to transform and heal. As part of the spa experience you are given an Ayurvedic daily treatment programme, one Kundalini yoga class and a longer workshop per day, with each day's yoga, food and treatments flowing together. The sanctuary is open for two weeks but you can stay for one. Nearest airport is Carcassonne, many airports in the area from all destinations.
