We offer a number of breaks combining yoga practise with an activity and hopefully offer something for everyone.
Yoga & Activity Breaks :
Yoga & skiing – 3 dates are offered in December, January & April to cater for all levels of skier and yogi. The unique surroundings of the Tarentaise mountains and the stunning accommodation of Chalet Colinn make for a wonderful Winter/early Spring weekend break. Open to all.
Relax & Yoga weekend : November - a pre-Winter season weekend to prepare body, mind & soul for the cold months ahead. Open to all levels.
Yoga & Biking – May in the Ardeche & a great way to see this unspoilt region of rural France. Cycle by day - relax & stretch by early evening with a gentle yoga session. Unwind over a great meal and take a break from it all. Open to all.
Yoga & Hiking – June for Spring flowers & fresh green colours.....Enjoy the Tarentaise mountains on foot by day with a relaxing yoga session late afternoon before unwinding over a sumptuous meal. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere & take a break to remember. Open to all.
Yoga Retreat – Late September....the autumnal colours, chestnut & mushroom harvests in the forests of the Ardeche - a break away from it all to deepen your practise and knowledge of Yoga......Enjoy a some time away from it all at Le Mournet

Le mournet is a wonderfull place to come and unwind on course but if yoga is not your cup of tea & curling up with a good book or basking in the sun by the pool more your style then why not visit us during the Spring, Summer & early Autumn months. We have 3 tastefully renovated properties offering comfort & a touch of luxury in the heart of rural France. La Grange (sleeps 6-8), L’Ecurie (sleeps 4-5) & La Chataigne (sleeps 2-4) offer a home away from home. Each has its own outside terrace &/or garden space with BBQ. The large pool and sun terrace are shared between the properties & the garden offers plenty of games for young & old alike! With the village shop & bakery a short walk away & plenty of activities to amuse all near-by this is an ideal spot for a long Summer holiday or short Spring or Autumn break. |
