Working with people of all ages and abilities offering a full ashtanga primary series class to give people the change to reaquaint themselves with their bodies. We work on posture adjustments and full flow of class and try to cultivate self esteem and stregth for each individual student. All are welcome to come and explore the joy and beauty of the class.

We begin the class seated with some breathing and chanting to warm up the class and slowly come up to standing in order to begin the sun salutation series. Standing poses and variations are given and then move to the sitting poses with forward bending, twists and some backbending poses. the class ends with the finishing sequence where each student can also try head stand and finshing off with corpse pose and giving thanks.
