Welcome to the Spirit of Life Centre for retreats and holistic holidays We are a retreat and holistic holiday centre, providing a serene natural environment in which you can comfortably relax and unwind.

We present holistic workshops, pilgrimages and retreats with different themes including yoga , healer retreats and our exclusive dream healing pilgrimage . Our holistic holidays aim to provide a course within a holiday environment. With regular sessions everyday we also provide time for you to relax on the wonderful beaches or explore the ancient and Byzantine sites around us. Accommodation is either at the centre with us or just down the road at one of the two local villages, providing easy access to the beaches and amenities. We shuttle people to and from their accommodation for course sessions. Lunch and some evening meals are provided at the centre.

Our retreats are more exclusive, food and accommodation is provided on site. They are a wonderful opportunity to find that inner peace you need. Some of our holistic holidays such as yoga can also be enjoyed as retreats, the difference in emphasis is the time spent with us. The holistic holidays are orientated to the holiday environment with time spent doing traditional holiday activities such as sunbathing, swimming and enjoying the wonderful Greek tavernas for an evening meal, the retreats are much quieter with the emphasis on rest and relaxation at the centre with space and time for meditation and perhaps some gentle conversation with others on retreat. Our dream healing pilgrimage combines a pilgrimage to ancient Greek healing sites with a retreat at The Spirit of Life Centre. The pilgrimage is based around the traditions of Asklepius, the Greek god of healing. After staying at the centre for a few days, learning about and experiencing dream healing, we set off on a modern day pilgrimage to visit several ancient Asklepial sites such as Corinth and Epidavros. This is a wonderful opportunity for any one who is interested in learning about their dreams.
