The classes are multi-level and incorporate pilates principles for core strength.
Yoga classes are held in the panoramic Tao retreat with sweeping island panoramas.
After a hearty, healthy delicious brunch, you have free-time for relaxing, exploring or pampering.
In the late afternoon, we do restorative yoga practices, before you go off to enjoy the sunset and dinner in one of the local tavernas.
Bathe in the crystal clear turquoise and azure waters. Enjoy the sunshine and the refreshing sea breezes.
Then choose how you want to spend your time. There are many intersting options for your days.
Take a siesta on one of the lovely beaches, taste some local delicacies, go snorkelling. There are also some great dive sites around Paros.
Explore the island, with its charming little ports and gorgeous beaches. Visit cute traditional villages with their typical Cycladian blue and white houses and chapels. Paros is a small island and itis very easy to get around. You can use the local bus service, rent a car or motorboke.
The little sister island of Anti-Paros is only 10 away minutes by ferry.
The Tao center provides a great selection of massage and therapeutic bodywork therapies.
Its a retreat where you can really chill out.
