After 17 years of yoga study I also earned a Birthlight Yoga teacher diploma with F. Freedman in Cambridge UK. I specialise in issues of all stages of a woman's life. My approach is personal, with some adaptational, therapeutical touch for special situations (such as conception, pregnancy, birth preparation, or issues around the menstrual cycle or menopause). I also offer general classes for women.
