Orla has been teaching yoga full-time for the past 10 years. She was delighted to receive her intermediate level III certificate in Iyengar Yoga in April, 2003 and is committed to providing Iyengar Yoga classes of the highest level in Ireland and abroad.
Her qualifications are an accumulation of 12 years of continuous study and exams, and Orla is now working towards her senior grade.
