In restructuring the house we have left the original stone construction, typical of that area, which immediately transmits you a warmly feeling.

There is a big room with a window front to the valley that opens you a wide view to the deep blue of the Ligurian sea. This room will be furnished with carpets, pillows and all what is needed to hold Yoga sessions.

The friendly rooms of one, two, three or four beds have all their private bathroom and turn this place to offer a comfortable and ideal space to satisfy all the needs.

This place is open to groups up to 20 persons who may occupy the whole space to themselves with the eventual possibility to administer themselves autonomously so they can immerse totally in their studies.

This is an ideal place for a stay in the peace and silence of the nature.

We are open to receive any suggestion and we are pleased to welcome anyone who wants to visit this place to program and organise courses. Therefore we offer free room and board to group monitors.

In fact, we are completely out in the nature; lush woods, full of chestnuts and other trees and plants, providing interesting walks and giving the opportunity to enjoy and relax in the incontaminated nature and the richness of the local flora and fauna.

As we wish to preserve the beauty, the intact nature of this place and so the sense of calmness which it emanates, we act in strict respect to the surrounding vegetation in order to uphold the high vibration of energy.

The centre is surrounded by rich fruit trees, meadows and colourful flowers which turns every season more beautiful and fascinating.

The area is interesting and has many beautiful sights to visit, in a few minutes one can walk down to the beaches of Finale Ligure or to the Saracen hamlet of Varigotti and the small village of Noli or walk up to the woods of the plateau of Melogno, where Calizzano has become famous for mushroom-picking.

You can do a lot of different excursions, for example the caves of Toirano, rich of stalactites and stalagmites, the plateau of Manie with the grotto dell’Arma where recently ancient archaeological funds have been made. The place is also just one hour far from Montecarlo and Nizza (France)
