Join Emanuele Rossi and Bella Galt for one or two weeks of energizing Astanga Yoga practice in the beautiful surroundings of the Salento region of Italy - blue skies, vibrant landscape and crystal clear seas. Le Campine - Yoga in Salento is a wonderful villa specifically organized for yoga retreats, with simple, beautiful accommodation, private swimming pool and gardens and a dedicated yoga studio. The cooking is completely organic and local and above all is deliciously Italian!
There will be 6 morning Astanga Yoga classes taught in the traditional Mysore Style, with Emanuele and Bella guiding each student according to his/her own pace and individual needs. Three afternoon Hatha Yoga classes will give you the time and
space to explore other techniques for developing the blissful state that is yoga. These classes may include asana (postures), meditation, yoga philosophy, pranayama (breathing techniques), kriyas (cleansing techniques) and question/answer sessions.
We welcome everyone from complete beginner to advanced yoga practitioners and non- yoga practicing partners. Everyone is free to enjoy the retreat in their own way.

Hello,
The season availability states July however, when I go to "More information & Bookings" - the dates for the yoga retreat are in September.
Can you please tell me if there is a retreat in July?
Many thanks,
Siobhan
