The area is steeped in history and we offer a number of optional guided excursions to some of the fascinating places of interest to be found in this remarkable part of southItaly; many music and wine festivals in the area celebrate the spring and the summer and every town and village has his festa.
The Centre
Set in a beautiful countryside location, the centre has been carefully restored and specially customised to a very high standard.
The stunning ex stable for yoga practice is a 115 mq hall fully equipped
The green all around , the corners above oak trees are perfect place to relax; the pool is fully equipped with plenty of loungers and sun beds.
Accommodation is in a romantic, suggestive, comfortable and very clean single, double and twin bedded/3bedroom each with its own bathroom.
A comfortable communal lounge - music, a library of books,maps and other local information – give to guests
an additional comfort during the stay, getting social or intimacy for a self relax.
The enclosed property (37 acres ) is a real oasis with lots of space and quiet corner just right for an afternoon siesta or meditate and talking. Or to read a book.
Martina Franca, Ostuni, Cisternino, Alberobello, Ceglie: 20minutes driveaway from centre you can find and visit one of the most suggestive valley of the world, the Trulley Valley ( Valle d’Itria), plenty of this ancient countryhome that looks like a little indian temple, all white painted.

Opportunities are too numerous to mention them all, monuments and cathedrals, unbelievable weekly markets, unspoilt coast on a wonderful mediterranean sea ( there is in Apulia 2 seaside: Ionian, sands and dunes; Adriatic,rocks and sunsets)
Local people are so kind and funny,and you can drive for miles sourrunded by olive trees and vineyard, from the hills to te sea.
Many music and wine festivals in the area throughout the summer especially the devotional procession of old catholic traditions
