Sunflower Retreats Holidays is a small independent company and was the first yoga holiday retreat in Sabina, and of its kind in Italy.
Our holidays are based around health and relaxation, good food, Italian culture, eco-tourism and nature, and we promote, acknowledge and transmit the intrinsic and endless values of nature to all our clients.
We use local houses for our accommodations and work with the villagers in order to enhance the local economy and integrate the concept of eco-tourism into the culture of Sabina.
Our philosophy is all about simplicity: having time to connect with yourself, others and nature as a whole, in beautiful, unspoilt locations.
Our aim is for our visitors to enjoy an authentic Italian village lifestyle and benefit from a truly holistic and spiritual experience.Sunflower Retreats holidays offer daily yoga practise with a fully trained and certified yoga instructor, yoga retreats, a large choice of holistic therapies, saunas, spas, hot springs and thermal baths. We also offer a wide range of activities including walking, trekking, horse riding and cycling; plus sightseeing excursions and some beautiful accommodation in the mountains and sea locations of Italy.
