Travel with us to a small town in Umbria, you will
experience the passionate and sumptuous nature
of Italy. During our adventure, you will have the
opportunity awaken your inner self and embrace
the true essence of the joy in life.
Each day will start with a yoga-meditation
class paired with a discussion about the
enJOYment of life. After breakfast, we will
immerse ourselves in a 2 hour Italian language
class. Before dinner, we will conclude our day with
a yoga-meditation class paired with a discussion
about mindfullness and inner peace.
During the afternoon, we will take excursions to
Orvieto, Assisi and Perugia. We will have the
opportunity to practice speaking Italian, engage
in mindful activities to harness the spirit of life,
and explore the sites of these sacred towns.

Schedule:
Sunday night- dinner at the hotel.
Monday- Friday:
Yoga, Meditation, Lecture- Morning and Evening
2 hours Italian Lessons
Exploring the region- wine tasting, food, and culture
Meals included- Breakfast
Excursions on 3 afternoons to:
Orvieto, Assisi and Perugia
2 free afternoons for you to explore Todi.
