Corporate Karma: Finding Purpose Beyond Profit
Corporate Karma is an interactive weekend workshop using the key teachings of yoga in a business context. The workshop highlights how long-term strategic growth can be achieved by aligning a company's commitment to its own ethical actions with good management conduct.
As Sir Isaac Newton profoundly stated in his Third Law of Physics: “Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.” Based on this law, the destiny of a corporation is a direct result of its past and present actions. The future of the company depends on whether it is willing to manage its karma (or actions) from the inside out.
Participants will learn the principles of karma management and understand how business actions or 'corporate karma' can be understood and executed to ensure today’s actions and decisions result in future success. The workshop features best practices and case studies using a range of companies (from multinational corporations to small-to-medium business enterprises).
This workshop is designed for executives, managers, small business owners, and employees who want to identify and challenge current issues, both on a business and personal level.
