Hersha Chellaram offers the following classes: Hatha Yoga, Integral Yoga, Raja Yoga (the Science of the Mind), and Meditation, Relaxation and Breathing workshops. In addition, she offers corporate retreats, providing seminars on team building, responsibility training, and professional development.
Yoga helps the individual develop health and well-being on all levels. Through physical postures the body can release toxins, through proper breathing and relaxation the individual can restore health and vitality, though meditation the individual can sharpen the intellect and expand consciousness.
Hersha is a certified yoga instructor and also has experience in ethics and social responsibility.
