At The Yoga Retreat you will enjoy your stay amidst relaxation and peace. Programmes can be designed to suit individuals as well as small groups.

The day begins with Meditation and Yoga at 8.00am-10-00am. Breakfast served on the terrace at 10.00.

At 6.00-8.00pm yoga and meditation.

Daily Philosophy included during our yoga sessions.

Lunch is served at 3.00pm

Dinner 9.00pm

All times are approximate and dependant on the season.

During your stay there will be a guided meditation and walk into the mountains or by the river.

Therapies are available. We also run workshops and training programmes ranging from half day to 4 day courses in a variety of areas: Reiki, Self Development, aromatherapy, Life Coaching, Crystal Healing.

Phyll and Yvettte have put together interesting courses and Yoga events that have been running for years very succesfully. Clients and students have returned , because they have experienced a growth in their lives, fun and development of spirit within themselves.

Phyll is a practitioner of Nicheren Buddhism practised around the world. She has found this practice enhances not only her personal life but also the Yoga she teaches. She brings learning in asanas, body and mind, harmonising all aspects of self. The consequences are HAPPINESS.
