Running since 1976, The Scandinavian Yoga and Meditation School offers courses year-round in classical/prenatal yoga, tantric meditation and intestinal cleansing. Some courses in English. Longer courses and instrutor training offered at their retreat in southern Sweden in the countryside. Instructors are highly trained (6-year degree program at their retreat center) and experienced.
