We teach ashtanga yoga - the classic indian yoga style - by patanjali. During the course we mainly focus on the following 5 limbs of the ashtanga yoga: - asana (based on hatha) - pranayama (breathing techniques) - prathyahara (withdrawal of senses) - dharana (concentration) - dhyana (meditation) Also available on request are Ayurvedic - traditional Indian - massages
