We teach ashtanga yoga - the classic indian yoga style - by patanjali. During the course we mainly focus on the following 5 limbs of the ashtanga yoga: - asana (based on hatha) - pranayama (breathing techniques) - prathyahara (withdrawal of senses) - dharana (concentration) - dhyana (meditation) Also available on request are Ayurvedic - traditional Indian - massages

I am a senior faculty in teaching stress management for executives & my wife is Masters in Yogic science at this Yoga university at Bangalore,India.(www.svyasa.org).We will be stopping over at Strasbourg (France )on our way to US , in the second week of May 2012.
It will be possible for us to do a two or three days workshop on Stress managemnt & Cyclic Meditation at Switzerland.Our Travel from Strasbourg & back & local stay & Food should be taken care by you . if this service is accepted you may kindly reply to me within a week, so that I can arrange my tickets to US accordingly.
