The main practice of the day is in the morning on shaded outdoor terrace of the yoga studio. The view is over the olive and mandarine groves towards the mountain and the air brings the scent of the sea, the woods and wild herbs. Brunch follows with a rainbow of vegetables and fruit tasting as they really should.
In the afternoon you can swim in the sea (10 minutes walk from our house to Paradise Bay) or in the pool at your hotel. You could wander in the village, sun yourself on the beach, visit the Turkish bath or take a trip into Bodrum (20 minutes by minibus).
Towards evening on 4 days there will be a further, shorter class of yoga, pranayama, meditation or sometimes dance and creativity. As the sun sets this is followed by supper at the yoga studio. On the other evenings people enjoy stolling in the village or the next one and sampling the local seaside restaurants.

| Nearby Attractions |
Bodrum is a thriving centre dominated by a magnificent Crusader castle. Its narrow streets and shady alley of whitewashed houses are full of cafés, shops, bars, banks, internet cafés, museums and galleries where people stroll shoulder-to-shoulder in the sultry evenings. From there daily boat trips go out for swimmers or divers. Further afield are some of the best archaeological sites in Western Turkey, such as Ephesus, Pamukkale and Afrodisias as well as many smaller ones accessible on a day trip. |
