Ruth Chambers trained with the Yoga for Health Foundation -their aim is to make Yoga accessible to everyone. Her gentle Hatha Yoga classes are suitable for all ages and all levels of fitness and experience. The focus on good breathing techniques, Yoga postures, relaxation and meditation in a non-competitive atmosphere.
What will you gain from Yoga?
You will become more flexible and strong in your body, aches and pains may lessen. You will become more relaxed in your mind and anxiety and depression may lift. You can find peace in meditation and will probably sleep better after the class. In time you can find more self acceptance and inner calm than you ever imagined.
The poses are taught with variations depending on abilities and individual attention is given to your particular needs. Ruth brings in ideas drawn from T'ai Chi, Pilates, Alexander Technique andor Dru Yoga. A Yoga class with Ruth Chambers is fun and inspiring as well as relaxing!
Reiki Training
Ruth teaches Reiki at all 3 levels in a series of thorough courses making sure that everyone experiences the power of this wonderful energy for themselves. There is a comprehensive manual for each level and a CD for daily Reiki Self Healing Meditation provided for each student.
She runs the courses in Lockington, a picturesque village near Castle Donington in Leicestershire and is also happy to travel to train a group of 6 of more students anywhere in the UK.
