Astanga Yoga with Abby Daniel
Abby Daniel has been practising yoga since 1989. In 1994 she accidentally took her first Astanga class and has been addicted ever since. For Abby, Astanga is a moving meditation that leads to an internal peace and stillness she had previously only dreamed about. Astanga also gave her upper body strength!
Abby is a certified British Wheel of Yoga teacher.
