Heather Elton teaches Astanga Vinyasa Yoga and Dynamic Hatha Flow in London and on international workshops. She began practising Hatha Yoga in 1986. She has studied with Edward Clark and completed the Tripsichore Yoga Theatre Teacher Training (2002); Richard Freeman Teacher Training (2004); and has studied the Astanga Primary and Intermediate series adjustments in Maui.
