Patanjali's Yoga Sutras outline the 8 limbs of Yoga hence the 8 graded levels in the London School of Yoga™. The 8 levels are designed to help students work in a structured form to ensure personal development in their practice.

More detailed syllabus is given to each student on membership of the London School of Yoga™ and only given at their individual level.

Yoga teaches the way to withdraw the mind from the objects of the world and to remove desire from the mind. Before commencing yoga one should have sound body and mind. Without health, one cannot achieve anything in this world. Therefore health is an essential factor for all achievements in this world whether they are secular or spiritual.

Yoga has many different teachings and most classes begin teaching the student asana practice, this is the physical aspect of Yoga where students are encouraged to align breath and movement to extend and strengthen their physical bodies.

Yoga is a universal technique that enables us to acquire an insight into the true nature of things by direct experience.

Season Availability:    All Year
Policies & Conditions    Special new offer £40 for first month (4 week period only). Students can attend once or twice a week.

After this:

£35 a month for once a week classes, or
£49 a month for twice a week classes
Students pay a one-off fee of £20 for their first syllabus, when they are upgraded they receive a new syllabus and recycle it with their old one.
