Damayantii is a Sanskrit name and it was given to me by my meditation teacher. I studied Geography and Anthropology at University College London and discovered yoga while I was there. My passion for it has taken me to India several times and my daily practice continues to grow. I am insured to teach by the British Wheel of Yoga.
