At the Edinburgh Iyengar Yoga Centre we teach yoga according to the principles of Yogacharya B K S Iyengar. It is the most widely practised method of yoga teaching in the world today.
At this Centre we teach yoga postures from the basics for beginners through to an advanced level. We normally restrict class sizes to 25 students and suggest you attend weekly with the same teacher.
