I have been teaching Hatha Yoga in south-east Essex for twenty five years, at Adult Education Centres and in private classes. I also now teach specialist classes for pregnancy. My classes are informal, friendly and suitable for all. They are mixed ability, and on-going, so you can join at any time of the year.
