Hatha Yoga Classes on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for all abilities. We also offer pregnancy yoga. The classes are small (max 6) and are geared to give your lots of personal attention and intensive teaching. Lessons are 90 minutes long and cover pranayama, asanas, meditation and relaxation.
