The Centre is a haven of laughter and relaxation and a source of profound inner peace.
Tailored for the 21st century, yet rooted in ancient yogic tradition, Dru yoga has rapidly made its mark as one of the most effective antidotes to the stresses of modern day living.
You can enjoy its benefits whatever your age, state of health or level of fitness, and the Dru Teacher Training qualification is accepted worldwide . Both graceful and potent, its distinct feature is that it strengthens the powerful field of energy surrounding your heart, which in turn harmonises every level of your body, mind and emotions.
People come from all around the world simply to taste the character of this place and to be at the home of the World Peace Flame. Explore Snowdonia, stretch out in the purpose built yoga studio, enjoy a therapy or have a detox tea. Detox and unwind in the sauna or steam room, be in nature or have a cup of tea with friends in the dining room. In 5 minutes you can be beside a fresh mountain river. Rooms are twin, ensuite with hot drinks facilities. Single rooms may be available (at additional charge). Delight in delicious vegetarian cuisine. Special diets can be catered for. Browse through a wide range of books, tapes and videos and accessories in our yoga shop, and purchase gifts for family and friends.
'People who are here for a few days become calm, more focused and find themselves being part of nature. Stress falls away and strangers become friends in an atmosphere of oneness, harmony and laughter.' Sheila - School Teacher
