Individual attention within a small group.
Yoga 4 Back Care - focus is on safely stabilising and strengthening core muscles and de-stressing. Each student will complete an initial back health questionnaire designed to assess suitability to take part in a group course.
Course may also be used as a preventative regime.
Yoga 4 Pregnancy - learn to use yoga for the different stages of your pregnancy, the birth and beyond.
