hi last 2 years i face panic attack then i m trying yoga in my home and i do yoga last sex month and also i m doing this poses in my home the poses are 1 Matsyasana 2. Viprita Karani mudra and more poses but i still dont get any banifit i face my panic attack again and again ,,, is there any posese basicly for panic attack if have then plz tell me
i also used to have panic attacks and i found that pranayama - yoga breathing exercises really helped ! if you can learn to relax whilst it happens then you can breath through it, i had a really bad pannic attack once and as soon as i accepted it was happening and stopped fighting it it lost its energy and gradually i calmed down from that point. allow it to happen and find your own way to relax, for me the breathing exercises strengthen my concentration making it easier to focus through the attack and then calm down. i teach in morocco at surf berbere yoga, all the best lucie

Do anulom-vilom(alternate nostril breathing),whenever you get time, especially in the morning and evening.

Just as a thread links the kite-flier to his kite, breath is said to link the mind with the universal force.
