Good Morning Everyone,

Has anyone ever scrambled around the house in the morning preparing lunch, and getting this and that ready while forgetting all about breakfast?  I never actually forget about breakfast because I tend to wake up starving (which is not always a good thing because if I can't eat right away I am cranky, upset, and missing my breaky)!  However, I do get lost in the mist of worrying about the rest of the day, and opt for the usual bowl of cereal and tea because I know this is enough to fill me up, and it is effortless.
This morning I went about my usual routine, brewing tea while getting the rest of my day's menu ready.  Then I saw these gorgeous blueberries in the fridge ...and I knew that would be my breakfast for today.  My next thought ...only two milliseconds later was, "That's one portion of breakfast, but what about the rest."  As I washed my blueberries a third thought came to mind "Why do I have to focus so much on what else I am going to prepare instead of simply enjoying what I have in front of me?"  "Why aren't they enough?"
Well, I 've come to realize on many occasions, when you live in America, no matter how yogic like your diet may be (and I am far from a yogi diet) you still live in America, and when you live in America you tend to think "If the plates not full, neither am I!"  There is one thing I cannot stand, and that is living like an American (by this I mean fueling my body with junk, eating more than I truly need, not taking time to enjoy my food, and most of all getting funny looks, and probably the wrong order anyway, when I order a sandwich with no mayo, no cheese, and extra tomato).
So what did I do?  I stopped listening to my American side, and I tuned in with my own side.  Those blueberries looked beautiful, and I sat to enjoy each and everyone only to come to the conclusion that I/we "Don't focus on what you ate, focus on how you felt when you ate it."
Just a little morning food for thought.  I know I have no thought like this morning, but after today I will try to.  If eating just a bowl of blueberries made me feel great, then that is all I really needed.

Warmly,
Sara Dawn

Something I enjoy in the morning is what I like to call I call James Ray's Breakfast Shake. (I read about it in “Harmonic Wealth” by James Ray There is actually a whole section on the physical body and he offers up some great ideas that have worked for me). One of those is starting off the day with a glass of water with lemon and then making my first meal a green shake. Yep, veggies for breakfast. Still doesn’t hit the spot like a pile of pancakes, but I’ve lost seven pounds in the last month and a half and my skin is looking a lot brighter and clearer. Good luck and God bless! a James Ray Fan

I looked up the person/program you mentioned.  I'm so glad you found something that works so well for you!  I was looking at the kit I believe you probably purchased.  It seems like it is a decent amount of money.  It seems like it was well worth it for you.  Could you tell me a little bit about what it includes, and how it works?  Also, I'm curious as to how you found out about it?  Thanks!

Warmly,
Sara Dawn

Oh and have you ever heard of TriVita?  I drink the Leanology shakes when I am on the go.  Certainly a good product for weight management/weight loss.  That's something else worth looking into.  www.trivitapromise.com

If you'd like you can send me an email to discuss further at dawn@trivitapromise.com  But I'll also give you a brief overview.  The website is www.trivitapromise.com my Business Affiliate ID number is 13137600 (you'll need to use that to get benefits/discounts).

On the website there are tons of products all different prices.  You can find everything from Ginko Biloba ($8.99) to stress management products, to weight loss packages, to heart health, to bone/joint health, to multivitamins, etc.  Everyone in my family takes something from TriVita and have all had really good results.  I myself order too lol.

There are also promotional sales that they do regularly (found under specials) which offer a nice discount.  If you see something you are interested on the website let me know!  I would be glad to assist you in your purchase.

Once you order something you become a member of TriVita which is free (and its always free you never have to pay).  You also get health magazines called "Vita Journal" when you are a member signed up under me (Sara Dawn), and the magazines are free also (its a free bonus for signing up under me and becoming a member).

I'll talk to you soon.  Namaste

One more thing I wanted to mention is that it is much better to order over the phone because it is quicker and there are some discounts they offer over the phone and not online.  Talk to you soon!  Namaste
