A co-worker of mine has serious nasal congestion, and will be going for his second surgey sometime next month.  I suggested trying a Neti pot in the mean time.  I know a little about them, but have never used one.  Does anyone have suggestions as to how to use them or any cautions for using them?  Also, where would he be able to purchase one?  Whole Foods Market?  Online?  Thanks!
