how everyone doing ??...
well, hd a meal with my yoga teacher & another yogamate on Monday after our yoga class, we talked abt breathing..my yoga teacher told me, indeed breathing is a very powerful tool which is how in yoga that we connect to the world.. I always think what we are inhaling is oxygen & what we expel is co2, but more than this as every single breath we are inhaling is the air exhaled by someone or animals in another corner of the world, and the air we are exhaling might be taken by another human being in somewhere.. this is how we connect to the universal, to another human beings, the bond is there.. indeed, we are "one"...
The recent two natural disasters happened in China and Myanmar have really trigged again my thoughts of what is life.. tears burst out especially reading those touching stories happened in Sichuan earthquake, people lost their love one overnight, parents lost their kids, kids lost their parents...mum died by protecting and hugging the baby in her arms... the baby is saved... what touches me the most is people do not give up hope to live... they are still rescuing even the hope is slim now.. yet miracle happens, some still survive & are saved after 140 hrs or more being trapped underground... and more & more..
i really don''t know what to say and don''t know what i can do here..beside praying, donating and showing my sincere gratitue that i am still living and cherishing what i hd now.... still i am praying here for the world, to the people in China and Myanmar, and wishing them be strong and get over this soon...as i can feel now they are part of me...

Happy Fish,
I am too been saddened by the destruction. It proves how fleeting life is and how in a nano second it changes. We think we will exist forever, and those we love too. death isn't an easy concept, but i also in my saddness have been thinking in the last few weeks how much "death" is always around us and we never blink an eye, cause it is natural and in nature. all the cylces, everything has cyles and ebbs and flows. water, trees, wind, grass, flowers, the clouds, the earth and all the planets etc. everything is always coming and going. but, i grieve and can't imagine what people are feeling in burma and china. even understanding or trying to understand doesn't make it easier.
-namaste,
