Peace for me is realizing I can't really control anything but myself and my own behaviour. I feel peace when I lay in bed at night after a hard day, and realize that I did all I could do that day with the best intention, and let the universe do the rest. It is realising I can accept myself with all my flaws and my feelings of mistakes and still love myself and hope for the best. It is knowing that the universe will be as it should be, even when I don't understand it.
I don't know about you all, but the storm and disaster in Burma really got to me this week. How do you resolve that in your mind?
I find peace inside me. I do my yoga practice than pranayama and after that, I find peace inside myself. And in good days, I find peace in instant as I start Yjjayi. I find peace quiquely, in different situation, when I do practice what I have learned from yoga.
Practice to be in contact with your heart. The more you practice, more quiquely you find it whenever you need to be there, in your heart.
Peace is found in healthy environments. The documentary "Fuel" is about my journey in finding a healthier alternative fuel over the dependent foreign oil. http://www.thefuelfilm.com/

Hi, I just saw this amazing documentary, FUEL – it's all about how we can get off of oil. It really inspired me. I feel like I can make a real difference now.
Yoga helps me to calm down and balance out myself (which is a feeling that comes along with peace) but to say the truth, sometimes even yoga can`t help to calm down (strong emotions ae not that easy to handle but heck, we`re living...).
I find peace when I let go of the past and the future and connect to the present moment. I find it easiest to let go and truly connect to the present while in nature, gazing at the clouds, feeling the sacred vibration of the trees, the animals, the rocks, the space and my connection to them and to all things.
