Yoga showed me a different physical sensation, quite a rewarding and physically empowering one. But, I injurred myself through complacency, so yoga and I are in a separation phase. No other exercise gave that feeling to me though, and that is the depth and signficance of yoga to me - purely about the physical feeling. I also searched out nude yoga, and found that to be very wholesome too.

for me, yoga has taught me how to take my time, be in the moment without rushing to the next. it's helped me gain great strength and focus, relaxes me when i'm tense, and helped me find a rare inner peace and joy. ((that was just mushy, wasn't it? lol. *shrugs* true. ))
