Wow! This forum have become LOVE Sharing Forum nowadays!!!!!
This is a good topic of General Yoga for me to share.
I lost my LOVE few years back..........now no more LOVE in my life.
So only lonelyness.............everywhere.....
So have taken a shelter behind a happy little Frog! Don't want to show my face.

hey..thank you for ur reply.......if u named urself as a happy......it means that still u can be happy......happiness n love always remains within us even if we faced many sad situations in the past..we are able to experience happiness n love again and again ...we have to wait n see what will happen next in our life...to be able to love all human beings is sth supposed to achieve especially when we practice yoga.....loving just somebody might be tasty but loving all human beings is something different............which should be experienced through the years .......when we reach that we can feel that there is nomore loneliness.........but still feel what u say n hope u be always happy...even like a little frog....cheers. laleh

Hi Dear little frog...how r u?....nice to see ur replies here...these make me feel Im alive and my being may be has a meaning...yes..I ve passed T TC courses in Yoga in my country and hope to be a good Yoga teacher in future..sometimes I teach yoga to beginners...I have used to practice Yoga for five years till now ...all of my life I did practice sports....but yoga is not a sport for me ..its a way of living I believe...n it has taught me how to deal with life problems...Ive acheived my life philosophy through practicing Yoga....n......about ur second question dear...I try not to care about being loved by others ...it makes me feel free.....i beleive love is the most beautiful thing in the world which to everybody has been granted. by God..... everybody can have that ..cus its inside us...and we can achieve that......through our real deeds.... if we beileve in ..sometimes I feel i need to beloved but often it would be like a desire...just a desire....sometimes its hard to love others and sometimes its hard for them to love u....yes I have some people who care about me... but now I want to ask you a question.... how much caring of people might satisfy u in ur real life or might help you to have a good sense of satisfaction indeed.......being loved by others is tasty but i think being able to love all is a better feeling......wish u love....love.laleh

this is for ordinary people like us. we can hide ourselve behind an object. but you should come out....nilofar. with original name and origial photo right. Please post your photo in a yoga pose, as you have been practicing for last 5 years, and spend whole mlife in sports. please dear i want to see you and know you...........
