Hey, i'm a new member and i am also new to yoga. I have been doing it now for 2 weeks almost everyday and i have to say i really like it. Offcourse it's awhole new world for me.
But i also i have a question... sometimes i see ' Levels of Yoga' and i would like to know what that means.

Well mostly it's said like this person had come to that level of yoga, maybe like a ranking i don't know.

i'm not sure what you're talking about. whatever the ranks are, don't be intimidated. focus on your own progress and how your body and mind are benefitting from doing yoga.

There is a studio here that has Levels 1 through 3 classes. Level 1 being beginner, 2 intermediate and 3 advanced. Is it something like that maybe?

Hi Severine,
Yoga is for self development and not for classifying in comparision with others.
You are the true judge to judge about your development not others.
Yoga means merging with or union with the supreme.
Yoga method vary from one personality to others. so instead of concentrating on external things develop yourself internally and try to achieve for what it is intended.

Level 1/2 (Beginner-Plus) Classes

Level 2 (Intermediate) Classes
