Hello everybody,
After taking complete rest I am now ok. No pain is there at back. Can I start yoga again? If you people can guide me what type of yoga postures I should practice.
Thanks
Catherine

Namaste Catherine,
Welcome back please. You better talk to your teacher about your problems. Then start with gentle yoga exercises as he/she advised.

Hello Catherine,

Its very nice to know that you don't have back pain. Yes you can start yoga but under guidance of a yoga therapist in your area. It will be safer for you Catherine.

By the way, who told you that you are BAD! Please don't think this way and don't feel sad Catherine. People are busy nowadays and every time it is not possible to respond in time. Please be happy and smiling always.

God bless you

I hope you understand if a person is suffering for a long time it effects in her behabiour. So me be because of my sickness I become very rude to others. And later when I realize everything is out of control, people missunderstand me. You are so nice tonmoy and I am so happy to receive your kind response.
Thanks you again and I shall follow what you said. I shall talk the Yoga teacher in my locality then I shall let you know.

Hi Catherine,
Start yoga like gentle/senior class in your locality. Please talk to your teacher about all your previous problems.
Thanks

Namaste,
Be kind to your body and your mind. I agree, tell your teacher about difficulties you may be having. I am glad your back pain is better for you! I can relate, I have chronic pains in lower back at times, and when that happens I just back off the pose and modify. For example, instead of Cobra, do Sphinx pose. Or leave a pose out all together. it is good to learn what that edge is when you know you are going too far in an asana. The mind and body are so linked. Be gentle to yourself, be steadfast on your path.
Om shanti, and have a great day.
