hello guys,

what do you think the advantages and disadvantages of yoga?!
ive been searching some answers to this, hope you guys have lots of ideas about it..

The "disadvantages are not of "Yoga" they are of human beings and their colored perceptions and subsequent application. The advantage, though I would not use that word, ultimately is the evolution of mankind.
