My eyesight was excellent and i had absolutely none problems with it. Half a year ago after huge tensions at work (10 hours at PC every day @ 2-3 months) i got floaters http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Floaters . Moreover it came with constant pain and "flashers" in eyes.
I went many ophthalmologists and they said my eyes is pretty ok, but they have absolutely no idea how to deal with the floaters as modern medicine in a whole.
I know that sometimes some people recovered from it so it is not irreversible.
I tryed to do Dr. Bates's central fixation without success i might add.

Maybe someone faced with such problem and solved it using yoga, or you have any other advices where to look or what to do.
You are welcome. Thanks.

Yes, many of the young ones are spending more time on their systems. Offlate have seen messages in dailies that one should stop viewing the system atleast 2 hrs before to his/her bed. But practically not many are heeding to such advices.

Any eye Yoga exercises that prevent coloring (red) and itch feel is welcome. Many will get benefitted

The perfect exercise for this problem is Tratak. Sit in front of a candle and practice up to 10 rounds daily after work.

In between the work give regular rest to the eyes by closing them for a minute or two. Also gaze at the sky and greenery.Besides, regularly wash eyes with cold water.

Apart from Trataka there are other yogic practices which help in improving your eye-sight and managing problems with regard to the eyes. They are Palming, Sideways Viewing, Front and Sideways viewing, Rotationa Viewing, Up and Down Viewing, Diagonal Viewing, Near and Distant Viewing, Shoulder Stand and Nasal Irrigation.
