Hi I have started doing yoga about 6 months ago and previously have had a shoulder dislocation and a roter cuff problem (for about 12 years). I was wondering if there is any advice on poses that I should completely avoid or poses that may help my problem. Any advice would be really great.
Oh really..?? Thats wonderful and amazing, well we all know that and it is obvious what ever be done in yoga will let us through its advantages. Not a single person you will see saying that yoga had given nothing to me in-fact every person will surely have some kind of benefits.
The experience gathered from books, though often valuable, is but the nature of learning; whereas the experience gained from actual life is one of the nature of wisdom. Samuel Smiles
"The teachers of the science of Yoga, therefore, that religion is not only based upon the experience of ancient times, but that no man can be religious until he has the same perception himself." Swami Vivekanand
