While "anything is possible" you are asking if one can lose 11 pounds in four weeks.
Further, you are asking about achieving that loss without changes in what one eats.
Safe weight loss is approximately 1 pound per week. Three pounds per week might be pushing it. However I cannot see how one could continue to eat in a fashion that escalates weight AND have the expectation it would not happen. It is only through proper diet and proper levels of activity that the body moves to its optimum weight.
Yoga does make you more conscious about what you eat. Practicing yoga 2-3 times weekly can help promote healthy food choices voluntarily. For more exclusive tips, become a HuggerMugger Facebook fan: http://bit.ly/DYFDM
Yes, yoga can assist in weight loss and making healthier choices. However, 11 pounds in one month...you really would have to make a conscious effort to change your eating habits as well. I've always been told (and believe) 80% of weight loss has to do with diet.
good luck. And keep in mind, as well, yoga has many other benefits than weight loss.
Yes you can do this but all what you need is to concentrate on your yoga practice and do it consistently. And try to have healthy diet only if u don't want to change your diet plans don't eat too much of oily and junk food.
Sensible diet and proper exercise are the only solution to manage over-weight and obesity. One of the tenets of yoga is ‘Mitahara’, which means sensible diet and also that one should fill half the stomach with food, one quarter with water and the fourth quarter should be reserved for the movement of the air. The yogic asanas which are effective for managing over-weight are Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskara), Leg Rotation (Padachakrasana), Churning the Mill (Chakki Chalanasana), Rowing the Boat (Nauka Sanchalanasana), etc.

What you eat is more important than how much you eat.Avoid heavy, junk, oily, spicy food. Two meals a day are more than enough.Reduce your salt intake.Increase your intake of water.Asanas may help little but Pranyam will help a lot.
In order to lose weight, you must eat healthily and burn calories by doing exercise that raises your heart rate on a regular basis. Some types of yoga, such as Iyengar, in which yoga poses are held for several minutes with a resting period between each pose, will build muscles and improve your posture, but will not give you the cardiovascular workout you need to lose weight.
