I have just started yoga, but I have noticed a lot of people recommend finding a teacher over a video. I am using a video right now, but I plan to find a class asap. I was wondering if anyone knew of a good place to start in Red Deer, Alberta. I really enjoy yoga, and plan to make it a part of my life, possibly even teach in the future. If anyone has advice for me that would be greatly appreciated.
